Cancellation Policy

🛍️ DCQ Online Store Policy Effective July 2025 Thank you for choosing Dr. Constance Quigley (DCQ Online) for your executive and strategic service needs. Please read our store policy carefully before proceeding with your purchase. 1. 💳 All Sales Are Final All services, including resume packages, coaching sessions, and digital products, are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the time and customization involved, we do not offer returns or refunds once a service has been booked or delivered. 2. ❌ Cancellations Once payment is submitted, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your service selection carefully before completing checkout. 3. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy (for appointments & calls) Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before rebooking. 4. 🚫 No-Shows & Missed Appointments If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 missed appointment fee applies. That fee may be credited toward a future session once rescheduled. 5. 📄 Project Scope & Turnaround All resume and branding services include one round of revision unless otherwise stated. Rush delivery (within 48 hours) is available as a paid add-on. Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days, depending on the service tier. Final files will be delivered digitally via PDF and editable formats unless another method is requested. 6. ⚖️ Scope Clarification Services are based on information you provide. DCQ Online is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete submissions. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur an added fee. 7. 🛑 Exceptions We understand life happens. For serious, documented emergencies, we may waive fees at our discretion.
