The Refund Policy
We transfer our products to the client's possession by Internet download only. After we have approved your purchase, we process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) week, but could take 30 days to complete. Once we have processed your order, we send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads. We closely monitor downloads from our servers to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we offer no refunds, exchanges, or returns of any kind. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we still need to pay our team members for the time, design, and therefore we commit to all sales as final. If you feel there are special considerations, please submit them, and we commit to making a sound decision based solely on the internal DCQ Online's team discretion. Special consideration requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
