The Vision

Tru Mission K9s began as a word-of-mouth training service rooted in reputation, discipline, and exceptional results. The trainer behind the brand had built a loyal local following, but needed a digital infrastructure that matched the quality of her work — professional, powerful, and positioned to grow beyond Horry County.

The Challenge

The goal was clear: build an online presence that felt as trustworthy and results-driven as real-life training. The brand needed:

  • A cohesive digital identity

  • A modern, mobile-friendly website

  • A booking and communication system to streamline client flow

  • Smart campaigns to build awareness and attract new clients while honoring local roots

The Approach

Phase 1: Brand Identity & Positioning

  • Refined the brand name, messaging, and tone of voice

  • Developed a full visual identity system including logo, color palette, and branded icons

  • Created the tagline: “Train the Mission. Build the Bond.” — capturing the balance between structure and connection

Phase 2: Website & Booking Funnel

  • Designed a clean, responsive website showcasing:

    • Services, rates, and training methodology

    • Testimonials and visual success stories

    • Branded intake forms for booking, assessment, and waivers

  • Built a private client portal and integrated Google Forms with automated replies and booking confirmations

Phase 3: Digital Presence & Community Engagement

  • Launched a branded Instagram and Facebook page, including custom templates for:

    • Training tips

    • Client shout-outs

    • Program announcements

  • Designed and implemented a “Treat Found” gamified campaign to encourage list-building and increase lead conversion

  • Developed newsletter automation using Mailchimp to nurture client trust and promote seasonal offerings
